WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY
Due to expected high winds, extremely cold temperatures and wind chills reaching up to 15 degrees below zero, and on the advice of our fireworks provider, Grucci Fireworks, and with consultation with the Sag Harbor Fire Marshall, the Sag Harbor Chamber of Commerce has made the decision to cancel the fireworks display scheduled for 5:30 p.m. on Saturday as part of HarborFrost.
For the safety of performers, volunteers and attendees, the Chamber has also cancelled the fire dancers performance and the hot chocolate stand that was scheduled to be hosted by the Sag Harbor Boy Scout Troop on Long Wharf.
On Saturday, Sag Harbor transforms into a walkable winter wonderland filled with art, music, and seasonal celebration throughout the downtown. A signature element of HarborFrost is the return of Ice Memories’ Richard Daly, who will present live ice carving demonstrations by Long Wharf and at the southern end of Main Street. Live music will echo from several locations along Main Street, while Sag Harbor Chamber member businesses throughout the Village will offer special promotions.

There’s something cooking on the antique stove, and the old piano in the corner is holding together the guitar, the bass, the violin, and the drums. That’s the ambiance infused into every song unrolled by Brad Penuel and his Friday Night Traditional.”
